Fund of the Alumni Cell shall be utilized for the effective operation of Alumni Cell and conduction of various activities for meeting out its specified objectives of the Donor after due approval of the competent authority of the University.
Any fundraising in cash or kind done by the Alumni Cell shall be the property of the University.
If Donation is open without any specific objective, it shall be used for infrastructure development for the Students after due approval of Competent Authority.
Donation is exempted from Income Tax under section 80G
